Pros

Good culture, management speaks like humans and not like animals. I worked in CD. Good pay compared to other companies of same job profile. Zero days notice period. No micromanagement. Will be moved to other departments if you work extremely well.

Cons

It's been years as this company has started but still they treat themselves as a startup to avoid additional costs. No night shift benefits, absolutely heavy load of work. The KPI keeps getting increased that no one could keep up and this becomes a reason to layoff old employees to avoid increment in June. Good team leaders but bad manager. Except HR no one look happy as everyone are in burden of work. You can get terminated any time unexpectedly. 9 hours of work unlike 8 hours in other companies. Cannot take breaks when ever you want. There is specific time gap to take break. No leaves on festivals or weekends mostly.
