Pros

No pros in Jaipur office

Cons

No clear hierarchy or chain of command. You end up reporting to multiple managers simultaneously with no defined escalation path, which creates confusion and accountability gaps. Leadership operates in a top-down, non-transparent culture. Sharing a dissenting opinion with your Zonal Lead or City COO often results in it being escalated upward in a way that negatively affects your standing. Feedback is not welcomed. Questions before task assignment are treated as pushback rather than due diligence, and employees are sometimes called out in front of the team rather than addressed privately. HR functions more as an extension of management than a neutral party. Confidentiality is not upheld in practice, which discourages employees from raising genuine concerns. Leadership hiring appears to favor personal networks over merit or cultural diversity. Most promotions and leadership additions come from pre-existing professional circles, limiting fresh perspectives at the top. Employee morale is visibly low. Several experienced team members have left recently, and those still present rarely speak positively about the working environment. Speak to current employees before joining.
