Company no doubt is good! Good product, Good vision, Good manipulations to let the employees work with them specially in Chandigarh branch. Good packages.
Cons
Management keep grudges with their employees if they leave the company. Telling management that this is wrong means you and your job is in danger, and if you leave the job with all the required formalities still the Management will suck your blood to the core. This is not a company where an experienced person can work as they do not have growth options, they do not have any positions where they can let their old employees get motivation and bring the zeal back to work with dedication. Working in zscaler is like, being a slave. They do not have proper induction by the HR, no training method, nothing. Still if someones wants to join then they suffer the same on real time basis.
