1. They expect us to work on US head quarters PST hours, during initial stage they say it’s general shift india but expect us to work everyday in US hours from morning 9.00am to 12.00pm 2. US employee has special privileges never work in there evening hours they have a proper 8.00 to 5.00pm working hours, they try to dominate Indian employee and expect us to work more day, afternoon, evening, night, late night. 3.promotions also are giving to there favourite us employee and Indian employee in US different hierarchy structure in both location.
