Pros
1. Good Work Culture for QA only, for JAVA you will be terminated by project manager anytime. 2. Appraisals on time for QA only, for JAVA you have to wait for appraisals minimum 6 months and maximum 1 year, worst case that you will never get it.
Cons
1. Bad Polices, like 2 years bond, then No appraisal on time etc. 2. Employee harassment during bond period, which is illegal as per bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976. 3. Project Manager always threatens you, that he will terminate you anytime. 4. 1st year appraisal always come after 6 months or never comes because they created such situation so that person will leave without taking their appraisal. 5. Pathetic work culture. 6.You cant raise your voice because you are in bond and managers/leads don`t care till u resign. Overall, worse company for Java Professional, because after spending 2 years, you have nothing in your hand due to manager only.
