1. Ensono global leadership is extremely professional and care for its employees 2. They are always open to feedback 3. Very competitive and work on latest technologies

Cons

1. India Leadership sucks. 2. All facilities are extended only to a handful of unprofessional and unfit people. 3. All non performing individuals discarded by Wipro fills the management. 4. Shift timing is not as per the business requirements. 5. India management is not ready to listen to the resources 6. India Management looks upon resources as slaves. 7. Most of the current India workforce is looking for a job outside 8.

an MNC, some additional money such as shift allowance and others

Cons

no work life balance, nothing much to learn because one will be working on tickets in an established environment, high expectations to be able to work on all the technologies (at least true for RDBMS)
