Pros

Nothing. No pros in the company

Cons

1. They lie immensely in job interviews. The job description and the actual job role are poles apart. - You will be doing VLOOKUP in Excel, making manual adjustment in data in Excel sheets and refreshing Power BI dashboards on a daily basis 2. Huge gap in terms of projects as well as salaries between the campus hires from IITs and lateral hires from IITs. The gap is so huge that it is unimaginable and difficult to comprehend 3. No learning / coaching at all. No one in the leadership cares about the career path of an individual. All they want to do is make the US leadership happy. No wonder their attrition rate is so high. 4. Huge favouritism and politics in promotions and salary hikes. 5. All teams are equally pathetic - OSI, SA and AA. The leadership keeps saying that we will be doing advanced analytics stuff soon but the sad truth is they are not even doing analytics as of.now.

Pros

Totally a waste company. they hire for some skill and make us to work in other projects and maintenance.

Cons

Cheap publicity by posting as best place to work in world was a total lie. It is very stingy company that I have ever seen in my life.

Pros

There are no pros in this company

Cons

1. This is not an analysis team. This is a reporting team. They lie in the job description as well as during the interviews. They will say that you will be doing business analysis and strategy planning, but all they make you do is cut copy paste in excel / refresh power BI dashboards manually/ change numbers in excel sheet manually every day. 2. The leadership is terrible. The middle managers as well as senior leaders. All managers in India care about is looking good in front of their leaders in US. They don't care about employees/ work life balance/ personal growth/ mental health / your interest. 3. And there are no promotions / merit increases. There is no promotion criteria. the only criteria is if you suck up to your managers, you will get promoted. If you raise your voice against all the wrongs in the team, you will never get promoted. 4. There is huge disparity between lateral hires (from IIT's) and the college hires from IIT (salary as well the way they are treated in the company). The IIT college hires are considered special in the team (they are given better projects), their salary is 1.5 times the salary of lateral hires. 5. There is no way you can give feedback to anyone. If you give true constructive negative feedback, it will come to bite you in the back during promotions/merit increase. They float our barometers where you can give feedback but none of the feedback is acted upon. And last but not the least, the work is TERRIBLE. These are the things you'll do in this team: 1. VLOOKUP in multiple excels 2. Manual adjustments of numbers in excel sheets 3. Refresh dashboards by clicking a button 4. Struggle for finding the right data 5. Prepare same PPT every month (which has 20-50 slides) with different numbers but you have to prepare them manually because there is no automation. And then changing the numbers in those slides as per the leaders whims. 6. All the good analysis projects are given to other teams because senior leaders don't much care about this team and middle managers are much too busy in flattering them.
