Pros

Work from Home policy is good

Cons

1. No Work-Life Balance The current work culture does not promote a sustainable work-life balance. Employees are often expected to work beyond regular hours without proper recognition or compensation. The lack of flexibility and excessive workload contribute to burnout, reducing overall efficiency and morale. 2. Poor Management Practices The management style lacks transparency and effective leadership. Decision-making is often unilateral, with little to no input from employees. Feedback mechanisms are weak, and employee concerns are either dismissed or not acted upon. 3. Unstable Hiring and Firing Practices The company follows an unpredictable hire-and-fire policy, creating job insecurity among employees. There is no clear performance evaluation framework, leading to abrupt terminations that affect team morale. 4. No Value for Personal Life There is little to no regard for employees' personal commitments. managers don't care
