      Pros

      Employee benefits: Good employee care, lot of benefits, good salary, Peace of mind, no work pressure. .

      Cons

      Politics in UX team, chances(awards, promotions etc..) are give to only to those who are favor to manager. Because of two managers 6 people resigned in just one year. Senior manager is always favorable to only one guy who is unworthy and untalented, If you are ready to handle these two guys then you can join in UX team. When you go for interview you will meet these two guys.

      1. Best suited for people planning retirement, and are happy with low pay and bare minimum workload (provided you are fired to save some extra penny)

      Cons

      1. Inflation beats hike consistently. 2. Underpaid positions, and poor salary structure. 3. No noticeable perks. 4. Poor resource planning, next to no retention policy. 5. People at the management level are inefficient and unqualified to make the company a happy place for employees.

      Pros

      Just understood how worse people can make your interviews! All the worst facts you’ve heard about interviews can be experience live if you attend this interview.

      Cons

      After the tough interview and all you’re finally put into product support which they feel is unbeatable,unmatched by any other company across the world. In fact there are huge number of start ups with the same technology. If you join here you’ll just get used to very simple work and eventually loose your hard working or intellectually working capacity and slowly get depended on the salary that they way. My dear folks, don’t unnecessarily see the package and get tempted to join here-later feel bad that you’re good for nothing in the outside world.
