      Not able to remember any pros for the company

      I had a very bad experience working with the co. The company treats you as " use and throw". You can never trust your managers here. Again managers never take any responsibility and put entire blame on subordinates. No work life balance. HR department is also very unprofessional. They will delay your joining formalities and even after my resignation from the co 5 months ago, still my experience letter and relieving letter is pending with the company. HR will not respond to your calls or e mails

      Before applying I had high expectations about the Swedish brand as I thought it would be a great move to be part of a growing organization

      Cons

      I was very skeptic to join due to the majority negative comments about the HR and the office culture in Bangalore as I read people noted down racism, unprofessional HR, poltics etc. Post offer, the first round of conversation with HR confirmed that people who wrote earlier were true as it was not a positive conversation. Refused the offer to join although they offered me a great hike. At the end of the day it is not about hike but about work culture, and people you work with that counts! HR is the face of an organisation and the first team that you meet and if they don't treat you well, then better do not join and later regret.

      Horrible Work Environment Racialism- People have groups depending on their Country of Origin...some of them treat Indians very badly ..you should be excellent sycophant to be in thier good books.. HR- Never trust and tell something to them ,they will conspire against you and will make full efforts to get you fired for no reason No learning experience..you will be doing things as per instructions of Expats every day..mostly data entry... CTC- They cheat on salary perks by showing a large component in Bonus...Ikea india has never paid bonus since thier start of operations in India..pl check with ex Ikea employees... Success Mantra and Career Growth Strategy for Indians - Sycophancy skills..praise expats every day ...worship expats..
