      Great and sensitive co-workers with good experience and knowledge in their respective fields.

      1. Micromanagement by the senior members of the organisation who don't respect personal and professional boundaries and can call at odd hours for work/expect you to work longer hours. 2. Compensation not at par with the amount of overwork made to do.
