Health benefits. Timely compensation. Big name.

Cons

Horrible work environment. No one listened to you no matter how horrible your co-workers treated you. The HR is useless. And the Top management just dances to the tune of a few people in the company. I'm sure Kohler US us much better managed than this place. This job made me suicidal. For over six months. Pretty sure I would have done something drastic, had I not left.
