Pros

-The pay is great for what you do -They hire well, good people -If you have a degree and don’t work at the service center then it seems like a great place

Cons

-They promise you’ll move up in the company after two years but don’t mention it’s only if that role is available and even then at least 300 people apply for the same one -Management seems to be kind unless the floor stats aren’t doing well. They can get snippy and unprofessional -Constant changes and you’re expected to know them instantly to be graded on -Work from home is earned not given
