You'll have some degree of independence. At least whatever is left after all others have lorded over you. Due to the POD culture, it's easy to have good team work within the POD On time salary by or before 1st of the month Potentially, a company that could've made a real difference in the health tech space
Cons
Use and throw culture towards employees, tech and non tech alike No effort put into job roles and therefore you end up doing everything (plus the company actively pushes it) For some reason, they seem to think that WFH is super unproductive, without any empirical evidence apart from what they feel Absolutely no consideration about the employee when they change/fire/demote their positions No clear strategy as most of their goals are very myopic. None in the top management can think long term For a heatlh tech company, the architecture is so poor and every feature they build upon it only adds to the eventual doom it's gonna get
