Below points are purely related to FMS division in Bangalore: - Micro management at its best (even your rest room times are noted) - Zero career discussions (these are considered as waste of time) - Unfair billing to client (even a task that is supposed to take 5 minutes is exaggerated to the extent of 5 hours) - Fully excel & data based copy paste work (they hire CFA's & highly experienced candidates so that client can be billed heavily) - Closed minded management which doesnt accept new ideas - Absolute lack of creativity in the well cemented seniors. - Zero professionalism. (employees & managers discuss ratings, appraisal, hike, bonuses etc on the floor - even in the presence of the management. Also it is considered OK to creep on the next person's PC to find out what they do & report to management) - Horrible infrastructure (the one that doesnt allow people to work peacefully)
