      Pros

      Good culture in the company. They have good policies for employees like Flexi hours, mediclaim benefits to employee as well as to family. Standard process. Employee valued organisation. People at senior management are very co-operative. Company gives fair chance to all employees. Fair opportunities to employees to move internally through IJP process.

      There are few areas which are in development phase as it is growing.
