Only colleges were good their.

Cons

only for IT-Department Strict environment, Manager was having dual faces, they do not keep promises, will hire you as developer but only support role is their, salary is very less, no flexible time, HOD always keeps eye on every employee, track lead and other department people can comment you as well, it is like jail. They are only concern about the target. No flexibility in sick leave as well. I will not suggest any girl to work there.

No polices Technology is at worst state. IT DEPARTMENT IS WORSTEST.. Think of the hell. One man show who don't know Abcd of technology. Needs to educate on corporate etiquettes.

IT Department runs on whims and fancies of Ms. Monika who has no idea to run a department. She has no respect for the sentiments of her team members, ill treats them and bullies them. Unfortunately even if we know she is making no sense if we are forced to keep quiet because we express our true opinion, she will start harassing. The worst part is that the Sr Management and the advisers are turning a blind eye, may be because IT is not important enough for them to spend time. Stay away if you want peace of mind.
