      Pros

      Quess corp as a brand is an amazing company. Growing across verticals and industries. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      VP's & GM's are killing the recruitment business, attrition mainly because of this. They take all the credit and grow but never passed on to their team. They are a bunch of jokers.

      Pros

      Nothing, nothing,nothing,nothing as on date. I took wrong decision,so please think twice or thrice before joining.

      Cons

      Unorganized management,on records five days working and off records 30 days working also. No work life balance. It's typically lala company. There is nothing for employee,they treat employee like a machine.I have most of the employees working on Saturday and Sundays and I am one of them. Highly unorganized company.

      recruting for big companies like amazon and fedex that is the only reason

      Totally missguiding the people and worst behaviour of the management. saying vacancies in Amazon and recruting to dependo. saying vacancies in dependo and recruting to other industries...............totally worst behaviour of management.
