Good if want to experience what R&D does. Salary is above market rate. Lunch is provided has good food at canteen.

Cons

Too much paperwork for a technician role. Most times you will feel like an admin or a customer service counter rather than a technician. Everything technician do. LITERALLY everything. If you want to be a slave to top people than go ahead.
