The worst place to work in india. Esp bangalore.

Probably the brand name which means nothing. Just nothing to write more abt it.

Cons

People are made to slog like bulls and donkeys. Sales guys sent to field without any training and a 2g sim and telephone limit of 600rs. They made ppl work even on 31st Dec late night and 1st and even on Christmas. New joiners are shocked at the atmosphere and an absolute deaf hr. They just don't understand that a company is made of spirited individuals not disgusted and absolutely tired ppl. Sometimes 7 days of work.

Comapny is flooded with cons.. Enormous sales pressure, no support from installation team..for every sales order and its after sales support, the concerned sales executive is responsible whether its the installation fault or anyone's else, sales person is responsible for everything. Apart from sales pressure, sales people are responsible for collection, drawing approval, ratings, handover etc etc..dont understand why they have kept other departments if only sales person has to do everything and is answerable to top management. Bad market reputation, attrition rate of employees is very high..no or nill job satisfaction, no job and family balance.

brand name - however it is only matter of time - there is nothing much to talk about the Pros

Cons

- highly unprofessional management style in Bangalore - very poor man mangement - lack of training - valuable time wasted in reviews and re-reviews (Sat evenings + Mon mornings!!!) with no decisons and only demotivating bragging - very high attrition rates and no attempt by the top management to find out the real reason for the high attrition rate (maybe it is never reported or brought to anybody's attention)
