Make your life hell....no holiday on national holidays....if you ask for holiday even once a year they we try to manipulate you with target and all. Worst process in the market of real estate. Over populated...just thing you have to sell the product which is 30-40 % higher to the market and there are 400 people are there to sell with no new project..... Don't worry they will try to lure you with money ..but just think if more then 400 people are there then how will you earn money..... What ever examples they give is of past... Just think if 95% percentage of old vintage people resigned from the company including higher management what is the working condition No work ethic..... welcome to sobha if you want your personal life destroyed...there is no personal life in sobha they don't even leave your personal life separate. Best place to work if you want your life and happiness screwed and if you are not getting job. Sobha is working like edu tech company work on hiring and firing principal.

Low salary levels by any Industry standards Highest level of Office politics - Sobha work culture is very negative and vicious, if you are not from kerala, stay away from this company because you have no future in here No respect for talent and high attrition rate Unhealthy level of work stress No work life balance As an employee everything about this company and work culture is cons Seriously stay away from this Company

* A few managers are so unproductive & so average, that you end up thinking if you must be having a bad bad dream. * The incentives offered are probably the best in the industry. If you are an outstanding performer, i can only wish you good luck. * The bureaucracy in the company is worse than it is in the Indian Government. * Lets state the obvious, "There is no office with no politics." But in Sobha , its taken to a whole new level. The point at which you are completely disgusted. In simple words, if you (Or if u think) are a Lion and if you wish to die like a Sheep, go ahead.
