Has no vision at all, Higher management is very poor, HR Leader will make fake promises while hiring but the reality is something else, if you aspire to learn and grow then this is not the place. People who stay here only can survive through buttering.

Worst People, Worst HR, and Worst Working Environment. It's a black dot for the entire TATA group of companies. Don't go by the brand name cuz you will have to suffer a lot. Total TATA DHP is a garbage. Firstly, they don't have a proper product and they expect us to convince the doctors to use their product which has full of disadvantages. They have lost many talented people because of their culture and torture. It's one of the biggest mistakes of my career by joining here. I give zero rating to this organisation.
