In our bid to reduce landfill pollution and manage marine waste at the source, we organized a Beach Clean-up Drive, in partnership with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), for the local communities of Prabhadevi. To help our colleagues in India reduce packaging waste, the Business Resource Group (BRG) for Sustainability introduced a Smart Refill Kiosk at our Bengaluru campus. The kiosk from RBuy, with handwash liquid, detergent, floor cleaner, dish wash liquid, and fabric conditioner, can be operated by any individual through an app, enabling our colleagues to refill home care products in their containers instead of making repeated purchases. The chronicles of Get Sporty 2.0, the Capgemini Olympiad, continue! 🏆 Over 15,000 of our colleagues from 13 cities took part in the selection process to represent their cities in the 5-sport grand finale. The Pune Peshwas triumphed at the cricket championship in Chennai, the Hyderabad Hurricanes and the Bengal Tigers won the coveted prize at their respective badminton and table tennis finals in Pune, and the city of Mumbai recognized the Bengaluru Royals and the Mumbai Marshals as the winners of the throwball and carrom tournaments.
