This week, we hosted an inspiring Inclusion Circle at our campus in Mumbai, led by Sarika Naik, Group Chief Responsibility Officer and Member of the Group Executive Committee, Capgemini. The session brought our colleagues together to reflect on real workplace scenarios where bias, both conscious and unconscious, can show up. Launched globally in 2023 and now evolving in 2025, our Inclusion Circles are safe spaces where employees can speak up, listen deeply, and learn from one another. They’re a reminder that inclusion isn’t a one-time initiative—it’s a continuous journey we take together. Through open dialogue, we explored how inclusive leadership can be practiced in everyday decisions. Each participant shared personal perspectives, challenged assumptions, and co-created ways to foster equity in people management. The power of our Inclusion Circles lies in their simplicity: there are no slides and hierarchy, just honest conversations that build empathy and drive change. To everyone who joined us, thank you. Let’s keep the momentum going! #GetTheFutureYouWant #InclusionForAll #InclusiveFutures #LeadTogetherLearnTogether
