Workplace safety and wellbeing is one of our main priorities. At Coforge, we understand that safe workplaces are also the productive ones, therefore it’s a constant endeavor to find new ways to keep our remote, frontline, and in-office employees safe and healthy. We have always ensured a clean and sanitized workplace across 25 acres of land to our employees and have consistently curated an array of wellness offerings and training programs to pick and choose from as required. During the span of Covid 19, we increased our communication with teams around wellbeing programs that could help provide physical, mental and emotional support through the pandemic and beyond. Mental and physical wellness of employees lead to happier teams and that’s what we vouch for the most!
At Coforge, we remain committed towards making all efforts to give back to the society. Our social responsibilities are not just limited to a season, but a year-round initiative that inspires employees and benefits our community. One such responsibility is Education, for we believe that this is a sector that requires inputs which are innovative, structured and scaled. One of our CSR program’s called “Shiksha” is focused exclusively on imparting IT education, Digital Literacy and Employability trainings to the underprivileged youth. Moreover, our training programs curated specifically for the Noida Deaf Society and School for Deaf and Mute in Gurgaon that enable skill development and livelihood for Speech and Hearing Impaired Youth leaves us with a very gratifying experience. Our corporate social responsibilities are tied directly to our culture, as CSR for us is a commitment to being socially accountable to our employees, stakeholders and the world.

CEO’s Club of Achievers (CCA) is a coveted recognition in the company. Selection to this prestigious forum is based on their stellar performance, unflinching commitment, and the impact created towards organizational objectives. These Achievers are sponsored for a Leadership Development Program at one of the leading management institutes. They also get the opportunity to work with an Executive Council leader in the company on a project in a futuristic area.
Team Coforge continues to enable and empower the society whilst enjoying the joy of giving! Hyderabad team distributed books and school bags to primary school children as part of Daan Utsav - Joy of Giving program. In another initiative, employees sponsored the Neknampur lake restoration in the outskirts of the city. They also participated in the ‘Save the Lakes’ initiative driven by Dhurvansh NGO donating floating Aerators to restore the water quality in the lake.

The lockdown inspired many of us to pursue hobbies, enhance qualifications, learn new skills, conduct welfare activities and spend quality time with loved ones. One of our colleagues co-authored a research article along with his better half. This article is now published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.
At Coforge celebrating success is about creating a culture that brings out the best in people and in which they feel valued. We concluded a fortnight of Annual Day celebrations where a virtual global event was followed by a series of virtual individual townhalls loaded with Entertainment, Business Updates and Rewards and Recognition.
