Eaton has once again earned a spot on Newsweek’s Global Most Loved Workplaces® list—marking the third consecutive year we have been recognized for cultivating a culture where employees fee valued, heard and empowered. The 2025 list, developed in partnership with Best Practice Institute (BPI), is based on employee sentiment data, public ratings and direct feedback from company leaders. Researchers say what makes a workplace truly loved isn’t just compensation or perks—it’s culture. Employees who feel included, recognized and supported are more likely to stay and do their best work. Open-door leadership, flexible work options and a focus on professional growth were among the features that set this year’s honorees apart.
For the second year in a row, Eaton has been named in Newsweek as a Global Most Loved Workplace. Considerations this year included employee satisfaction, workplace culture and providing tools for employees to do their best work. In awarding the recent honor, editors wrote, “Eaton prioritizes continuous improvement, demonstrated by its award programs that celebrate technological advancements and efficiencies that simplify daily tasks for employees.” Editors also referenced our internal FutureReady February event, which in their words, “reflects Eaton’s dedication to ongoing learning, offering workshops and sessions that prepare employees for future challenges while reinforcing a culture that values ethical standards, community impact and the individual contributions of its diverse team.” Newsweek has twice named Eaton one of America’s Most Loved Workplaces®, a Most Loved Workplace in the UK and one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity.
