We are excited to onboard DMP Team & share the Launch of the Kaizen Board for DMP on start of July. DMP team Kaizen Day was organized to create awareness about Continuous Improvement & further increase the adoption, conversion ratio & have realization in terms of Q: Quality, C: Cost, D: Delivery, I: Innovation, R: Revenue Generation. The Kaizen Day started with Walk the Wall to build on the #LeanThinking mindset, followed by Kaizen Board Launch for DMP Team.

Eaton's PRIDE iERG APAC chapter and Eaton India foundation continue to celebrate #Inclusion at our workplace. Last week, in a hybrid event with 200+ employees joining us virtually and at GSC CoE - witnessed a larger-than-life skit performance by the secondary school students from the PRIDE club of iTeach school. The skit was based on poetry viewed from a transgender perspective. Hearing their stories and reasons behind supporting the #LGBTQ+ community was truly inspiring and thought-provoking. The skit was further followed by an insightful, eye-opening, and interactive session by Mr. Sameer Samudra, Cornell Certified DEI professional. We learned a lot from his personal journey as a leader from the LGBTQ+ community and how a company could advocate change and connect employees, lawmakers, and society.
