As Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month kicks off, we are thrilled to introduce our newest Employee Resource Group (ERG) – the Asian & Pacific Islander Alliance. Sara Yang Bosco, Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel serves as the Executive Sponsor for the new ERG. This community will provide a platform to amplify voices, spotlight contributions and foster relationships – as well as serve as a channel for all Emerson colleagues to learn about the culture, history and experiences of our Asian colleagues.

Lal Karsanbhai, president and CEO of Emerson, said he wanted to offer employees a straightforward way to get the vaccine. For weeks, he said, he had been hearing stories of Emerson employees driving two or three hours to get a dose. “That’s a way where we can help. Make it easy, make it accessible,” Karsanbhai said.
