As a volunteer coach for Oxford United Stars FC, Ruairi dedicates 15 hours each week to coach young players—both on and off the pitch—fostering a love for sports and building lasting skills. Firstsource is proud to support his cause with a donation towards football training kits, giving these kids a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience life as a football academy player, coached by some of the UK’s top professionals.
