We have kicked off our UK CXO Summit #Emergence2025! Over the next two days at Fairmont Windsor Park, London, global leaders and decision-makers unpacked 'The Brave New World of UnBPO™' — where AI, new operating models, and human transformation converge. The conversations in this room focused on: • AI that delivers outcomes — moving from experimentation to execution • Human + AI collaboration — redesigning roles, not replacing them • The Outcome Economy — partnerships measured by impact, not effort This isn't about predicting the future. It's about leading it — together. Stay tuned for more.
💡 When should governance enter the AI development process? At the BW Businessworld Chief Data and AI Officer Conclave 2025, Manish Bararia, our Global Head – Platform Engineering, challenged the conventional wisdom: "Speed, agility, and compliance are not competing forces. Governance brings clarity, and clarity enables both speed and innovation.” Most organizations bring compliance in at the end – after models are built, when risks are already embedded, and rework becomes inevitable. Manish showed why that needs to change. By embedding governance from design, through policy as code, automated data lineage, and explainable AI, enterprises can scale faster without trading speed for safety. His message on transparency was clear: "AI models that can't explain their decisions become liabilities, not assets.” At Firstsource, this is how we build and deploy AI - responsibly by design - where governance drives clarity, and clarity fuels innovation. Innovation only matters when it creates outcomes. In an exclusive feature with ARN - Channel News, our MD & CEO, Ritesh Idnani, shares how Firstsource's Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Monash University is designed to turn AI research into value — for both the business and the community. Through the collaboration, Firstsource and Monash University will: ✅ Convert AI research into deployable business solutions ✅ Apply research to solve real challenges for business, government, and society ✅ Create pathways for students through internships, placements, and live projects Ritesh frames our intent with clarity: "We didn't come to Australia to set up a satellite office. We came to build a sustainable innovation hub for the region.” One year in, we're already halfway to our five-year hiring goal, not by adding presence, but by investing in talent, research, and purposeful growth. And this MoU strengthens that path — turning intent into action. 📄 Read the full ARN feature: https://lnkd.in/g-5bZQPH

🏆 A proud moment for all of us at Firstsource! We’re thrilled to share that we’ve won the prestigious Golden Peacock Awards for ESG 2025 – a recognition that celebrates our collective commitment to responsible growth and sustainable impact, and purpose in action. This isn’t just an award. It’s a powerful affirmation of who we are and what we stand for: creating meaningful impact for our people, clients, communities, and the planet. Guided by FirstConscious, our global ESG framework, we’re embedding sustainability, inclusion, and governance excellence into how we work — and turning ambition into action. In FY25, we published our fourth ESG Report aligned with GRI 2021 standards, inventoried our GHG emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3, strengthened our sustainable supply chain and governance, and embedded ESG into our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. We also powered 25% of our operations through renewable energy – a 164% increase from previous year, achieved 46% gender diversity, and positively impacted over 11,000 lives through impact hiring. To every #Firstsourcer: THANK YOU! for driving this journey with purpose and passion. Because when we lead with purpose, we don’t just meet expectations, we redefine them.
At the India CSR & ESG Summit hosted by CSRBOX, our Global Lead – Community Outreach, Sankara Mahalingam (he/him), led a masterclass on how purpose-driven volunteering transforms the employee experience and strengthens communities. Drawing on Firstsource's journey, he showed how we make volunteering meaningful, sustainable, and impact-led, not as a one-off activity, but as something deeply embedded in how we work and lead: employee-led ownership, skill-based contributions, youth engagement, and outcome measurement that drives real, lasting impact. In FY25 alone, 5,690 #SourceOfGood champions from around the world contributed 21,000+ hours of volunteering. At Firstsource, CSR isn't a program – it is at the heart of the purpose-led organization we're building together. 💙

This October, we didn’t just celebrate the festive season — we shared it. Across seven cities, our #SourceOfGood volunteers painted diyas and crafted greeting cards so the warmth of the season could reach those who needed it most. In Mumbai, women beneficiaries received diyas to sell at their stalls, turning festive art into livelihood. In Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, more diyas and cards reached tribal communities, children, students, and the LGBTQ+ community — each carrying light, hope, and belonging. 💛 1,480 volunteers | 1,478 hours | 1,188 diyas | 540 cards Each one made by hand, given with heart. Because at Firstsource, being a #SourceOfGood means making sure the festival of lights reaches everyone.
