Meet Jeslin Merin Sajeev, Solution Engineer, based in Kochi, India. She joined IBS Software as an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate and enrolled in the company’s LITMUS training program. “When I first started, I lacked confidence in coding as my background was not in computer science. But now, through LITMUS training, my programming skills have significantly increased. I’m part of the iFlight Ops team where a typical day includes creating test classes, primarily in Java. After multiple iterations and revisions, my work is pushed into production. It's so satisfying to know that even the smallest components I create, have an impact on the quality of the overall system. I’ve certainly come a long way! My career goals are to be a technologist and gain experience in all parts of the software development life cycle, creating maximum value for the firm and clients.”
