Congratulations to our colleagues Sona B, Santhi Kaimala, Thara Rajendran and Sunitha S for completing the Accelerated Leadership Program organized by WE - Women Inclusive in Technology. The program, designed to empower emerging leaders, brought together participants from multiple organizations in Kerala, India. Sunitha was part of the team that won the best project award for âBeyond Breakâ, empowering women returning to work after a career break by providing resources, skills development, and networking opportunities for a successful transition. She also won an overall performer award, the âMoxie 2023.â Santhiâs team project - âMpowerâ - looked at structuring a mentor-mentee flow, and received the runner-up award. Wonderful moment from the annual 'Kids and Kin' weekend event at our Cochin, India office. Colleagues, spouses, children, and grandparents came together to enjoy a carnival atmosphere of games, face painting, coloring-in sessions, and balloon fun; a talented caricature artist and magician dazzled and entertained guests. And who can resist a ball pit? The highlight of the event was the amazing song and dance show put on by the kids and spouses. To wrap it up, a high-energy dance party brought joy to guests of all ages. We love to see our colleagues and their families having a great time together! Update from Canada where colleagues from our Montreal office met up for their annual summer event, a chance for everyone to reconnect after hybrid work. Star of the show was the food truck from legendary Dilallo Restaurant, a local hot spot. Naturally, poutine was on the menu, a Quebecois classic of fries topped with cheese curds and hot brown gravy.
