Congratulations to the class of 2022! Nearly 200 engineering graduates who joined IBS Software this summer, have successfully completed the three-month LITMUS (Learn IT froM US) training program. This extensive scheme covers technical and behavioural skills, business-specific projects, and assessments. The milestone was marked with official ceremonies at our offices in Cochin and Trivandrum, India; Jayan Nair, Global Head of Human Resources, and senior leaders were present to celebrate the graduates' impressive achievements and wish them well as they start full-time roles at the company.
