A few weeks into starting on the three-month LITMUS training program (Learn IT from US), we catch up with Akshara PB, a Computer Science and Engineering graduate. How are you settling in? "All good! I'm the only person from my college in this group so at first, I was a little nervous, but everyone has made us feel welcome. I'm really excited about being in an office space for the first time." How is the transition from campus to office life? "I had a few hiccups in the initial phase. The induction program and the behavioural sessions have helped us to bridge the gap from a campus to a corporate environment." Which aspects of your training have you enjoyed? "The daily conversations with HR team and our trainers; the weekly review sessions, with many opportunities to improve. I am also enjoying each and every moment with my LITMUS team mates!" Tell us about a learning highlight "The behavioural sessions for building self-confidence, from office etiquette to speaking in public. My ‘a-ha’ moment was realising that I had to be brave and speak in public otherwise I wouldn’t learn."

Colleagues at the Cochin office came together today to celebrate Onam, a joyful and vibrant harvest festival from the state of Kerala. There were cultural programs including traditional drummers, colourful floral arrangements and fun games, culminating with the Onasadhya, a grand feast served on banana leaves. The best part? Being back, face-to-face with colleagues after a long period of virtual interactions 😍 With our warmest wishes to everyone celebrating Onam!
NEWS | Cebu Pacific Air, the Philippines’ leading airline, has selected IBS Software for its crew scheduling processes to further improve operational efficiency. The move is part of Cebu Pacific’s digitalization journey. By implementing IBS Software’s cloud-based iFlight AD OPT solution, Cebu Pacific will replace manual processes with digital tools to implement new systems for crew pairings, rostering and crew preferential bidding, leading to increased employee satisfaction.
