I’m delighted to share with you that my onboarding experience was smooth. In the challenging peak time, I received my laptop after 5 days of joining as I was an immediate joiner. On Day 1, There was an induction program, and I had my first conversation with HR, HRBP and there, I got to know the basic understanding of company overview and policies. My supervisor, manager and lead gave me a warm welcome and I got introduced to each one of them. The team members and my manager I’m working with are so energetic, cooperative, and understanding. There is always a seamless interaction with each one of the team members. We don’t need to think twice or hesitate while taking a leave. The whole team comes together and collaborates for the same action plan. It was the right decision for me to join the Impetus family. Impetus has an amazing work culture, takes care of each employee and brings beneficial policies like flexible working schedules, stock options and other opportunities. I would never miss any chance to recommend Impetus which makes me feel like a part of the family.

My virtual onboarding experience was wonderful. I went through a series of rounds both technical and HR-related which answered all my queries and I felt I was making the right move by choosing Impetus. The recruiter, my manager, and HRBP were very welcoming and didn’t leave room for any doubt or concern. The laptop was hand-delivered and configured remotely within an hour or so, which is commendable and speaks volumes about how efficient everything is! My team is very cooperative and helpful. They pitch in whenever someone is on leave, is not feeling well, or has any other personal exigency. Our manager is quite understanding and approachable and very empathetic. I feel strong belongingness and feel proud to be associated with Impetus. It is an organization that understands us as humans and does not consider us as mere headcount.
