My journey started in 2019 when I joined Myntra as a Software Engineer. Since then, it has been an incredible adventure of personal and professional growth, with as many opportunities as there were challenges. But here’s the thing about Myntra. The learning never stops - a value that’s deeply rooted in our culture and DNA. The autonomy provided allows me to learn from my mistakes, and emerge stronger. Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading transformative projects, from the pivotal Refund revamp to pioneering card tokenization initiatives. I've navigated the complex landscape of seamless integration with multiple third-party solutions and orchestrated the scaling of systems with zero downtime during high-impact sale events. This extraordinary journey has been significantly enhanced by the inclusive work environment at Myntra, which is passionately committed to fostering diversity and empowering #WomenInTech. Now, was this journey as simple as I make it sound? Ofcourse not! I had my fair share of challenges. It required upskilling, long working hours, and an unwavering dedication. What made all the difference was the remarkable support from my mentor, my managers, and my incredible team members. Their faith in my potential made every hurdle feel conquerable. There have been moments when I felt like giving up, but when I reflect on the profound impact of the features I've contributed to, directly enhancing the customer experience, it's nothing short of gratifying.
