Neurodiversity is critical for innovation, but it is often still misunderstood. Hear from Robert Metzke, executive sponsor of the Philips Neurodiversity Network, how leaders can create a neuro-inclusive work environment where every mind can thrive:
If we want to deliver real impact for patients and the planet, we need to keep asking new questions, finding new solutions, challenging the status quo and, above all, innovating. We have a 130 year track record of creating world-changing technologies and our people are just as serious about innovation today. In 2023, we were one of the top patent applicants at the European Patent Office and, last month, the business intelligence firm Clarivate named Philips on their list of the Top 100 Global Innovators. Recognition shows us we’re on the right path, but success comes in improving and saving lives. Learn how you could help us to create the future of healthcare by clicking the link below.
When you’re able to bring your whole self to work, magical things can happen. To celebrate Women’s History Month, we asked women at Philips to tell us how they show up for their families, colleagues, communities – and most of all themselves. Discover how they #InspireInclusion:
