Bechtel Human Resources interview questions

The interview went smoothly and well. The interviewer also mentioned that I have cleared the said round and now his manager will connect with me for final round. Same day had a call with recruiter, who while discussing compensation said that we'll have a detailed discussion post my final round of interview. And later after weeks of following up I received the mail that I didn't clear my interview.

Applied online, got an email a month later to set up an interview screening. Did a phone call that lasted about 10 min with a recruiter. The recruiter was nice and friendly.
