The interview had me doing too much maths to figure out working time directives when I was completely unaware that those questions would come up again after so many years. I understand it's important to know working time directives but it's more so a community thing to know rather than a individual thing to know. Very unfair to fail someone with vast experience for not knowing something that could've just been shown on a quick refreshers video...
