Pros

The industrial engineering team is intelligent, hard working, and driven. It was a pleasure to work with people who care a lot about the job that they do and have many meaningful conversations about how we can improve.

Cons

Boeing is an extremely large company that is very bureaucratic. It is extremely hard to see the impact you are having, and projects rarely get finished before the next more urgent one starts.

Pros

Great benefits like low healthcare costs and college tuition coverage (you need to pay back with 2 years at Boeing after completion). You get a winter break and a good amount of PTO.

Cons

Bereavement policy is pretty lackluster. You need to exhaust your PTO before you can tap into bereavement time off.
