Pros

None that I could think of

Cons

After working there for 6.5 years, I realized how toxic everything about Collins was. They are running a scam in India where they hire young professionals for such cheap salaries and make them work like robots. The management in PMO is specially screwed up. We are always asked to worship US employees and beg them for work. They laid off so many loyal employees brutally while the upper management keep promoting themselves every year while they travel the world. My exit which took 3 months was very torturous. They did not return back my settlement amount and deducted unfair amount of money by running a scam.

Pros

Name sake product base company to show off to others.

Cons

Politics, politics politics. If you know how to butter someone, you get good positions and hikes. Multiple on site opportunities/travel to chamchas. Hardwork is not recognised, staying late, showing off that you have done hardwork helps in career growth. It is just like a service based company, always relying on US management for work and funds. Continuous excuses of lack of funds. Zero development work in India. There is a tag called "above and beyond" that management uses to force you to work more than 8 hours and on weekends and to avoid giving good hikes. Management expects you to work on weekends because they "pay you for 30 days a month". Claims to be working with Agile life cycle but has deadlines. So called experts are mediocre, if they don't know something, which they mostly don't know, they claim to be busy and provide no help to juniors. Team Leads act like managers and do 0 work in the team other than assigning tasks.
