Pros

You dont have to be in office for full 9 hours. Just 4 hours a day is enough. Nothing as such NOW.

Cons

The list is really long...will write the burning ones... Some managers in PTG are running their own parallel universe. Company asks employees to come to office for 3 days. They ask their teammates to come to office on a specific day ONLY else apply Half day leave. Just because they have a FOMO and want things to be micromanaged. They have also enforced a time to be present in the office along with the days in a week. In case you get late or are not present on the designated day you will be penalised in any way. They often are heard saying they are very close to the higher management and can make decisions very quickly and in the way they want. Again very immature leadership! Most of the PTG managers who have joined at the very initial stages of this Hyderabad GCC are technically horrible and hence just micromanage. They built a very toxic culture in their parallel universe and looks like the management is really unaware. A lot of favouritism and unprofessional behavior is done by the Managers in PTG (early hired ones :)) and they just focus on keeping the team in control eather than technical delivery. They don't even understand the scale and gravity of the work being done by their Tech teams and hence never even appreciate good work. Rather they just appreciate their bootlickers in every possible way. Their only aim is to start the team's day early and for their sake leave the office in 4 -5 hours as they know once the team has started the day's work they would even burn the midnight oil if required. Anyways they have no technical understanding or that amount of involvement. For their brownie points Managers just claim their Team's work in front of Leadership behind closed doors. No benefit to real performing employees. Blackbaud had great values, greater flexibilities but these low level Managers have made a mess.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment and good PTO

Cons

Extremely toxic sales culture here with boys club and clear favoritism. Sales director and VP are the reason for this as they are extremely unprofessional. Mass exodus is for a reason and unsure why HR is ignoring claims on sexism and favoritism with every female employee that seems to be leaving. No career growth or opportunities unless you are part of the boys club here as it is apparently and obvious. Ask the right questions before considering a job here. You are unable to be successful here with onboarding because of completely out of touch and delusional sales trainers. Seems like we are in a complete clown show here!
