Pros

Career Growth: Excellent opportunities for internal career progression, having successfully transitioned from a Customer Service Representative to an Operations Planning Associate. Global Exposure: Great hands-on experience managing and coordinating operational initiatives for a large global workforce of over 250 agents across the US and India. Skill Development: Strong environment for building technical and analytical skills, utilizing tools like Calabrio, AWS, and Advanced Excel on a daily basis. Operational Impact: Meaningful work driving real metrics, with a strong focus on QA excellence and AHT optimization.

Cons

Time Zone Challenges: Managing operations and planning for a global workforce spanning India and the US can be demanding and requires navigating challenging time zone overlaps. High-Pressure Metrics: The rigorous focus on optimizing AHT and maintaining strict QA standards across hundreds of agents can occasionally create a high-pressure environment. Complex Coordination: Aligning initiatives across a large, international team of 250+ agents requires constant vigilance and can sometimes slow down immediate execution.

Pros

If I think of something I'll jot it down

Cons

Employees not valued, no pay raises, no bonuses and no respect. Sent jobs overseas to the Philippines and of course they knew forever but never told anyone we would be out of jobs. Of course, they expected every bit of loyalty and devotion from us.
