Am writing this review to create awareness that this kind of pathetic/horrible company do exists in this world. This company could be the worst nightmare of one's life where you could find dumb managers with extremely negative morale with poor managing strategies. This is the place where you will see >10 people leaving from the company in a short span of 8 months in the same team ( What a job security?). You will be either tortured to leave or forced to leave without any compensation. There are managers who don't allow you to talk with each other or don't like going out for a break with friends. You have to work for 12-14 hours a day without any week offs and ladies compulsory late night shifts and men will be allowed to leave early on request and not ladies under manager's presence(Very strict rule). You need not be a skilled person to sustain here but all you have to do is to be on good terms with the manager alone, else you will get sacked and also, they won't allow you to wait until you get a next job, but they will fix a date when you should leave and whether we get the next job or not, we should leave else will be pushed out. You can never ever imagine the type of reasons they put forth and things they do for sending you out. For example, manager will intentionally plug USB device in your laptop and he himself will take the issue to the IT guys claiming you did it and will send you out citing security reason and you will be fired on the same day, if a person is injured or sick for a week, that person will get a job firing mail to his personal mail id, and so much more silly attitude you can find here that you can never imagine. Also, during job search times, they won't allow you to use your mobile phone for attending job calls because the managers will get jealous and angry (that you might get a good offer) and will send mail clogs of your absence at desk ( Hard to believe but Yes) Even if we complain to company head and HR, they will never mind these happenings in their office and will be in their own pathway. For heaven-sake, never ever even attend the interview if you hear this company name, just drop it. There are even people who left on the joining day itself. Am one among the victims and I didn't write this review for complaining about this company or creating a bad reputation, but I know getting a job for people like me is very crucial and I don't want anyone to suffer like me. Just be cautious and stay away.
