      Pros

      Nothing to share as pro, if you want to be a slave and be punished for being good employee choose this company. You won't be heard if your are impacted. We will be humiliated.

      Cons

      Your hard earned salary will be put in to finance team pocket. For a small mistake like you missed to enter the attendance as your family is sick, your circumstances or your support to the company won't be considered your salary will be loss for the working day, even it is your first time you will not be forgiven and your salary will be sent to finance team and top management pocket.

      If I think of something I'll jot it down

      Cons

      Employees not valued, no pay raises, no bonuses and no respect. Sent jobs overseas to the Philippines and of course they knew forever but never told anyone we would be out of jobs. Of course, they expected every bit of loyalty and devotion from us.
