      Hmmm. I m writing this review so that CEO Guy understand what exactly its happening in Equiniti India. Let me be honest. First thing how can person from UK country can understand about Indian employees. More over he is old n he feels Indian can work do anything for money which is wrong. I don't have any personal vengeance but he clearly doesn't understand us. Its not developed company like Google where Indian can become CEO of USA company. Its just started. Have a person who understand Indians not any foreigner pls.

      Okay let's us come to top management team I meant business heads everyone. IT, HR, ADMIN, BPO N OTHER SUPPORT TEAM all heads are very greedy and only wanted to fill their pocket with bonus and salary. They don't worry about employees and that's why they talk about only cost cutting. Why don't you review their salary and annual bonus. Cut their annual bonus you will know reality. No communication. You receive your revised salary in bank account then we will receive our papers. You will not understand what changes made then after 2 weeks you will receive another as usual late email.

      If I think of something I'll jot it down

      Cons

      Employees not valued, no pay raises, no bonuses and no respect. Sent jobs overseas to the Philippines and of course they knew forever but never told anyone we would be out of jobs. Of course, they expected every bit of loyalty and devotion from us.
