      Just a government job, nothing else

      Cons

      Eye irritation due to flue gases that cover entire township, bad air quality, sleep cycle is completely disturbed for operations role, food is not good, demanding full bond money even if we work there for 1 day of training. Think so much before joining because once you joined, you have to pay full bond 5 lakhs even if you resign next day. Less holidays and 6 days work per week. During training, only sick leave can be taken and I am not sure whether they provide NOC during bond period.

      Premier Brand Attractive Compensation Great Learning and Development Self Sustained Townships Work-Life Balance Great Mentors Very Good Infrastructure Stable Job Reputation in the industry and market

      Cons

      The company has huge pool of human resources and typically very senior people also do not shoulder large responsibilities. The company follows set pattern of career growth and this is difficult to isolate outstanding professionals from fair or average contributors. The department change very political.
