I have been with Schneider Electric for over four years, working in the SAP ABAP team, and my experience has been consistently positive. The team is encouraged to take on new challenges, try different approaches, and grow beyond defined roles. Career conversations are meaningful and well-structured, with clear inputs on individual growth paths, next steps, and long-term opportunities within the organization. The guidance provided goes beyond day-to-day work and feels more like mentorship, which has contributed significantly to my professional growth over the years. It is rare to find leadership that is both supportive and forward-thinking, and this has made my experience at Schneider Electric truly rewarding.

The compensation should be relooked at , also we had 2 days working from office earlier and now its three days which with Bengaluru traffic is pathetic.
