Pros

Big company and Sat Off thats it

Cons

Working under Radha Phukan genuinely felt like being in a full-time stress internship with zero stipend and unlimited trauma. The management style? Basically: “Let me scream at you publicly so everyone knows who’s in charge.” Missing a comma in content? Congratulations. You unlocked a warning mail. Imagine opening your laptop every day wondering: “Will today be feedback… or public humiliation?” Fun workplace vibes. The funniest part is how some people confuse toxicity with leadership. Like no ma’am, constantly shouting at employees in front of everyone is not “high standards.” It’s just embarrassing behavior with a corporate ID card. There was no mentorship. No support. No actual guidance. Only pressure. Fear. Passive aggression. And random intimidation packaged as “professionalism.” I slowly became scared of making even the smallest mistake. Not because I wasn’t capable. But because every tiny thing felt like it would become a courtroom hearing. One missing punctuation mark = national emergency. Meanwhile appreciation? Missing since joining. The environment got so mentally draining that eventually the vibe became: “Resign quietly or termination is waiting for you.” Very healthy culture. Very motivational. 10/10 if your goal is anxiety. Honestly, some managers really believe fear = respect. No. People were just scared of being the next target. And the craziest part? After constantly mentally exhausting someone, making them overthink every message, every meeting, every interaction… they still expect you to perform happily like a robot. Corporate trauma really be coming free with some jobs. Still recovering from the “walking on eggshells 24/7” era.
