Pros

1. They initially offers good salary package however that includes variable pay, gratuity deduction, superannuation and PF so overall you will get very less in-hand salary. 2. I can see emails are circulating to help people in Covid situation. 3. Work life balance totally depends on your project... for me it was good.

Cons

1. No Salary hike. Promotion is far away. 2. 70-80% variable will be paid out but that completely depends on your billing and performance. So if your billing is <85% so it variable pay will be ZERO. 3. Very less projects limited to RBS and no scope of moving to other projects. 4. RBS projects has legacy systems and it will limit your technical skills. 5. No manager reviews/ discussions they just give the yearly rating themselves. 6. No festival gifts, No Rewards and Recognitions, No Bonus... All the festival celebration ends up with broadcast email. 7. Salary deduction during pandemic. 8. I don't see any culture/values in this company.

Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects. Exposure to modern technologies and diverse client environments.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement limits autonomy and creates a lack of trust. Workplace culture suffers from poor communication and limited collaboration. Employee feedback is often ignored, making it difficult to drive positive change. Career growth and recognition are inconsistent and heavily dependent on management. Work environment can be stressful, with employee well-being receiving little attention. Leadership within Connected Commerce is a major concern. The LOB lead's management style is often perceived as disrespectful, dismissive, and overly controlling. Employees may feel uncomfortable expressing opinions or raising concerns, leading to low morale and reduced engagement. Rather than fostering a culture of trust and empowerment, the leadership approach contributes to a negative and demotivating work environment.
